All payments will be made directly to a designated PayPal account as listed below on the 30th of each month, minus the agreed upon 15% commission to Coach Mac's Basketball Resources for the hosting and shopping cart opportunities provided. Please provide the following information to allow for prompt and accurate payment of sales.
All material submitted to Coach Macs Resources for sell and marketing purposes on the websites(s) Coach Mac's Online Store, and the social media outlets Facebook and Twitter are of original content and clear of copyright violations or pending patents.
I agree to the terms of payment as stated by Coach Mac's Resources. Furthermore, I agree to the 15% commission fee charged by Coach Mac for offering this service. I further understand payment will be made via the provided PayPal account on the 30th of each month. If month does not have 30 days, payment will be provided on the last day of the month. I also understand a summary of sales report will be emailed to me directly given the provided email address unless a request is made in writing to have it sent U.S. Postal 1st Class mail.
It is your responsibility to notify Coach Mac's Basketball Resources at info@coachmac-basketball.com if you choose to discontinue selling your product through our site or its affiliates by the 15th of the month. I understand I will still be charged for commissions fees for any sales leading up to the cancellation. If I choose to cancel my balance due will be paid on the 30th of the month for which service is discontinued.
